On this call we will discuss your business performance, milestones you want to reach, current assets and anything else relevant to your businesses current state.
3. I Work My Magic
After gathering all the information about where your business is and where you want it to go I will lay out all the tasks associated with achieving the milestone.
4. Review With Your Team
Our second call with be with your team or accountability partner to discuss timelines and expectations. We will also make adjustments in real time.
S.M.A.R.T Goals Aren't Enough!
Setting specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time sensitive goals is a great thing. The problem is we weren't taught how to come up with the proper goals.
Every business owner is guilty of "keeping up with the Jones'", meaning they want what someone else has. Setting a goal to hit $100,000 in 6 months is a great goal, but if this goal stems from Becky who achieved this last month then you aren't going about this the right way.
Goals should be based on previous performance, current launches or plans, what is required for your business and what YOU want for yourself. I take all of these things into consideration when we are discussing the milestones you want to reach in your business.
